In the app (instant)

Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and immediate.

By email

If you've uninstalled the app, email us from your registered address at partners@spothq.app and we'll delete your account within 7 days.

Delete some data without deleting your account

• In the app: remove photos from your notes (edit the note), remove your profile photo, or unsave places.
• Or email partners@spothq.app to have specific data (e.g. all your notes) deleted without closing your account — done within 7 days.

What gets deleted with the account

• Everything: your account, profile (name, email, phone, photo), notes and their photos, saved places, tickets and orders, and notification tokens.
• No personal data is retained after deletion — except payment records held by Stripe where the law requires financial record-keeping.
